    You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service; not to use the Service to violate any applicable law; and not to interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the platform, including through automated scraping, load testing, or unauthorised API access.

    Risk Disclosure

    Trading and investment activity, including AI-driven and copy-trading strategies, carries a material risk of capital loss. Historical or simulated performance data does not guarantee future results. Market conditions, execution latency, liquidity constraints, and third-party broker behaviour may all affect actual outcomes. You should only commit capital you are prepared to lose.

    Third-Party Services and Integrations

    The Service may connect to third-party brokers, exchanges, data providers, or payment processors. VouchTenor does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of such third-party services. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.
